Rainbow Door is a free service for all LGBTIQ+ people in Victoria, their friends, family and peers. You might just be looking for advice, or you may be needing some further support and referrals.
Rainbow Door has been setup during COVID-19 to respond to the ongoing stress of this period. We understand that everyone has different circumstances, and we aim to meet you where you are at, and assist you on your journey.

Our phone line is open 10am - 5pm, everyday. You can speak to one of our peer support workers for support, advice, information and referral.

Our text message service works through your phone like a regular sms message you would send a friend. You can contact us any time of day, and we will return your text during our operating hours of 10am – 5pm, every day.

Rainbow Door is offering support in languages other than English, including Auslan through our interpreter service.
